PAYMENT
We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer through PayPal. All prices are in Australian dollars.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Stock permitting, all orders are despatched from our workroom within 24-48 hours. As some items are custom made, please allow 14 days for manufacture. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. Postage is calculated on the weight of your order and your order is delivered by Australia Post.
RETURNS
Our guarantee is simple, Flora & Ceres is committed to producing and supplying quality products and we want you to be happy with what you have ordered. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, please return it to us in full within 21 days of purchase with an explanation for a refund. We will credit you original method of payment, excluding postage (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

We understand that your privacy is very important to you and we respect your right to control and protect that information. Therefore any information gathered in fulfilling your order or enquiry remains with Flora & Ceres and is not distributed to any other party.
